Larboy’s takes its name and spirit from Matt’s Uncle Larry. His warmth, character, and gift for gathering people are the north star: make it generous, keep it genuine, and leave room for a story.

Larboy’s starts with a simple belief: music feels different when we give it our full attention.

Founder Matt Marsolais is imagining an intimate Charlotte space where an album can play front to back, strangers can become regulars, and gathering matters as much as the gear. Warm, unhurried, and a little unexpected.

This is the beginning—not a finished venue. We’ll share the process honestly as the room, programming, and community take shape.

01Is Larboy’s open?

Not yet. Larboy’s is an early-stage idea becoming a real place. There is no confirmed opening date.

02Where will it be?

1235 West Morehead Street in Charlotte is a possible future home. No lease has been signed, so the location is not confirmed and is not open to visitors.

03Are sessions on sale?

No. Dates, capacity, prices, and ticketing are still to come. We’ll only publish a session when every detail is real.

04What about memberships and merch?

Both are ideas for later. No tiers, benefits, products, or prices have been set.

05Can I bring Larboy’s an idea?
